They will be left slightly damp and will dry naturally throughout the day (usually around 2 hours), but this does depend on the carpet fibre type,
as some fibres take longer to dry than others (wool, for example).
We do not move furniture. We kindly ask that you move any small pieces of furniture, valuables, and easily broken items from each room prior to our arrival.
Yes! We are fully insured for everything we do.
This will depend on a few different factors, such as the number of people living in the property, whether there are pets, and the type of carpet fibre –
but we would recommend cleaning annually.
For an accurate quote, we would always recommend a home visit. However, we are able to provide a quote without visiting; we would simply ask for photos or videos.
